Great value for the money. Comfortable beds and clean linens. the location was perfect, very close to the city center. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious and diverse.
The room condition wasn't the best. the bathroom needed a better cleaning, and there were a few insects in the room.

Great location near city center and easy access to transportation. Beautiful view from the rooms, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and had various options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and had a few tiny issues that prevented it from being comfortable. The towels were a bit old and could've used a change.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. We received a warm welcome from the staff and they promptly checked us in. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We were also offered a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food was delicious. we had a pleasant stay at Collection O New Royal Serenity Inn and would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to nearby transportation and parking. The hotel facilities were exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delightful and offered a wide range of options. we were very impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel.
